Clear boundaries

  • Companions do not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment.
  • In an emergency, your Companion follows vioris's escalation protocol and contacts emergency services and your emergency contact.
  • Companions never ask for PINs, OTPs, passwords or bank details.
